两年前的一天，去新田城，春意盎然的湿地公园，在路边的一处街景随手拍，肯定是李哥的杰作，心情好了就拍得好！但另外的两张一般化！
李哥是教我照像的人，但随着头条的要求，我拍的比他好，有了自拍杆后他慢慢的不在给我拍了，但是几张精典照片都是李哥拍的，很有留念价值！
我有时在想，七十岁后一天不胜一天的日子常有，看看照片里的我，胶原蛋白饱满透着干练，断崖似的老会是啥样挺可怕的，
我不会在八十岁时满脸垮作一团，深深的皱纹堆在脸上不忍直视吧，所以我打定主义保持120斤，既不胖也不瘦，不把皮撑开也不让皮搭脸，保持60岁的模样慢慢老！
老话说花无百日开，人无百日红是对的，这才两年功夫我现在比照片老了许多，这就是断崖似的老，今年的三伏天很重要，好好的整治咳嗽，拉肚子，休整调息整个伏天，看到冬天是否会好点，不要整年咳，不要流清水鼻涕，不要吃凉的就拉肚，这全是七十岁后得的病，可我得了一辈子啦，有句话叫过敏，所以一辈子就有这些毛病！
